Amy contacted me about taking some honeymoon pictures on the North Shore, with her husband Payce. They had also just gotten married on the island! We started out at Laniakea Beach and then caught the sunset at Waimea…
Keri and Brian were visiting Oahu and decided to have their engagement pictures taken here. Keri mentioned to me beforehand that they were big nature people, who enjoyed hiking and mountains. We decided to do the shoot at Makapu’u Beach Park, which would show off the beauty of Hawaii- as well as provide a majestic mountain backdrop. Unfortunately, it was cloudy the day of the shoot but we still got some great images and had fun in the process!
Marie and her husband were visiting from Alaska and wanted some pictures of themselves enjoying Hawaii. They were staying at the Hale Koa, so we started the shoot there. They were a fun loving couple and very affectionate- which made it easy to get some romantic shots!
Lisa was on vacation with her boyfriend, Charlie, and wanted some fun photos of the two of them together in Waikiki. It rained the morning of the shoot but we waited an hour and the sun came out. They were such a fun couple. Charlie was a bit resistant at first but halfway through the shoot, he started directing his own shots and getting into it!
Heather and Patrick were in Hawaii celebrating their 4 year anniversary and wanted some beach pictures. It was a particularly windy day but we were still able to create a scene of serenity. Heather had such a beautiful smile! They were a lovely couple and I look forward to seeing them back in Hawaii for future anniversary celebrations…
I made a trip back to New York this past week and had the chance to visit my parents. It was nice to have a change of scenary but the flight was SO long! I did some photo editing to make the time go by faster…
